The Almanac of Shopping Centres is a compendium of knowledge about the situation of the retail market in Poland. It includes an overview and analysis of regions and voivodeships as well as of the largest cities in a region in terms of saturation with retail space, their potential and purchasing power.
The Almanac provides investors, developers and managers of retail schemes with an opportunity to directly reach retailers present in retail assets. The Almanac also meets the need for information on already operating shopping centres. An important element of this project is the list of all major shopping centres that operate in Poland. The information about every scheme include its name, address (location), the opening date, the name of the manager, the name of the investor, the lettable area, the list of key tenements, the number of parking spaces, expansion plans and new tenants.
